  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Personal preferences

When Can You Request a Refund or Replacement?

We will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • You receive a defective item
  • You receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design different from what you ordered)

How to Report an Issue

To request a return or replacement, please email us at support@hewside.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will respond within 1-3 business days.

What Happens Next?

If your issue is approved:

  • We’ll offer you a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of approval.

If return shipping is required:

  • We will cover the shipping cost only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • if courier return pickup is unavailable, you may need to send the item back independently.
  • We do not cover shipping cost for non-defectives items.

What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Items that match your order exactly (correct size, color, design)
  • Returns without prior contact and approval
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing issues, or alterations
  • We do not accept exchanges for any reason (including sizing).
