  • Made-to-Order Model: Each Hewside item is crafted specifically for you. Orders are processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
  • Shipping within UAE:
    • AED 15 — Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman
    • AED 20 — Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah
    • Free shipping on orders over AED 300.
  • Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary due to order volume, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
  • International Shipping:
    • Available upon request only.
    • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

2. Shipping Costs & Customs Duties

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

3. Order Tracking

  • We do not currently provide tracking information for shipped orders.
  • We understand this is important and are working on adding tracking soon.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, a re-shipping fee will be charged before we resend your order.
